This document serves as the contract between Dr. Anasuya ("Client") and Percetakan Blue Hawk ("Vendor"). It outlines the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, payment structure, and terms for the book design development of the book "Tracing Life Patterns".
Project Summary
The Client intends to develop a professionally crafted, bookstore-ready book titled Tracing the Pattern by Dr. Anasuya. The project focuses on transforming the completed manuscript into a visually compelling, professionally designed publication that meets commercial printing and bookstore standards.
The Vendor will lead the creative production process, including cover design, interior layout and typesetting, and printing coordination, ensuring the book is prepared to professional publishing standards. The final deliverables will be print-ready and suitable for both commercial distribution and reader enjoyment.
Throughout the project, the Vendor will work closely with the Client to preserve the author's vision while creating a polished and visually engaging reading experience that reflects the quality and purpose of the book.

OBJECTIVES
- Review and refine the Client's existing cover design to enhance its visual impact, readability, and overall market appeal.
- Design a clean, professional, and bookstore-ready interior layout that delivers an engaging reading experience.
- Print and supply 200 copies of the completed book in accordance with agreed specifications.

Estimated Project Duration
Project timelines vary depending on client feedback turnaround times. The estimated timelines provided in this document are based upon an assumption that the client will provide feedback and approvals within one day of agency delivery milestones.
*Prerequisites for target date: SOW executed, Invoice 01 (deposit) settled, and the finalized manuscript delivered to the Vendor no later than July 29, 2026. If any prerequisite is delayed, the estimated completion date shifts automatically on a business-day-for-day basis.
Production commences only upon fulfillment of all kickoff prerequisites. Delays in providing feedback, approvals, content, or required assets beyond the agreed turnaround will automatically adjust the final completion date. If the project is delayed beyond 30 days past the adjusted timeline due to client-side delays, the Vendor reserves the right to issue a change order to account for schedule extensions and resource holding fees.

Estimated Project Budget
The details and costs associated with this statement of work are valid for 30 days from the document date. This represents a "package price." If elements are added to or removed from the scope of the project, the pricing for other elements may be affected.
Based on the scope detailed in this document, this project budget reflects a final price commitment from our agency.

Payment Terms & Invoice Schedule
The payment terms and invoice schedule is structured to benefit both the client and agency with the objective of keeping the amount paid by the client in balance with the amount of work completed by the agency. The project is broken into phases to provide structure around both the execution of the project and payment for the work. The proposed payment terms and invoicing schedule is negotiable if it does not fit within the client's Accounts Payable standards. All invoices will be "Due Upon Receipt."
Terms & Conditions
Statement of Work Acceptance
The Products and Services provided pursuant to this Statement of Work (SOW) shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this agreement between the Vendor and Client. Work will be scheduled for commencement upon execution of this SOW.
