This option allows client to use their existing inventory while Blue Hawk manages sales and delivery.
Orders are processed within 3–5 working days for client-supplied stock.
Every book goes through review to ensure:
Client may choose to purchase additional promotional opportunities to increase visibility and book discovery on the Blue Hawk platform.
PAYMENT TERMS
Royalty payments will be transferred via bank transfer to the client's nominated bank account. Client are responsible for providing accurate banking details to ensure successful payment processing.
Payments are disbursed 15 days after the end of each calendar month. This window ensures all orders are shipped, finalized, and adjusted for any potential cancellations or returns.
Client are responsible for any personal tax obligations associated with the payment received from book sales. Blue Hawk Studios will not withhold tax unless required under applicable Malaysian regulations.
Client will receive a summary statement outlining:
- Number of books sold
- Total sales value
- Applicable revenue share
- Final royalty payout
AGREEMENT TERMS
There is no fixed contract duration for client placement on the Blue Hawk bookstore platform. The agreement remains active unless terminated by either party in accordance with the terms below.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days' email notice to the other party.
During the notice period:
- Blue Hawk will continue to process and fulfill any confirmed customer orders.
- The book will remain listed on the platform unless otherwise agreed.
- Any active promotions or campaigns may be concluded or stopped accordingly.
Upon completion of the notice period:
- The book will be removed from the Blue Hawk platform.
- All promotional activities related to the book will cease.
- Any outstanding royalties earned prior to removal will be processed and paid according to the standard payment schedule.
For client-supplied inventory:
- Remaining stock may be returned to the client or handled based on mutual agreement.
- Any applicable logistics or return costs will be discussed and agreed upon prior to execution.
The client retains full ownership of the book's intellectual property, including copyright and publishing rights.
Blue Hawk Studios is granted non-exclusive rights to list, promote, and sell the book through its online bookstore for the duration of the agreement.
The client confirms that they hold the necessary rights to publish and distribute the submitted work. Blue Hawk is not responsible for any copyright disputes or legal claims arising from the content of the book.
All books supplied must be in good, saleable condition upon delivery.
Blue Hawk will inspect all inventory and may reject any damaged or defective copies.
If a defective copy is sold and a customer complaint is received, Blue Hawk will replace the item. The affected unit will not be counted as a sale, and no payment will be made to the Client for that copy.
Blue Hawk reserves the right to remove any book listing if the content is found to violate platform policies, legal requirements, or quality standards.
Blue Hawk Studios may update operational policies or platform procedures from time to time. Client will be notified of any material changes affecting their listing or royalty structure.
Blue Hawk will provide a monthly sales report via email on or before the 5th of each month, covering the preceding month.
The report will include units sold, selling price, total revenue, and the Client's share.
All figures are based on Blue Hawk's records and will be deemed accurate unless disputed within seven (7) days of receipt.

Statement of the Client:
I accept the terms of this Book Placement Contract and to provide physical inventory that meets the quality standards set forth by Percetakan Blue Hawk and accept the terms regarding stock management and fulfillment.
Statement of the Vendor(Percetakan Blue Hawk):
We agree to provide the platform, secure inventory storage, and fulfillment services as outlined in this agreement. We commit to managing payments, and providing royalty statements in accordance with professional standards.
